In the following I describe things I do outside of work, so you can get a better, more complete picture of who I am. I believe that hobbies are a very important part of our lives. They can inspire and boost our creativity a lot, which then also transfers to our professional activities.
Music
Another big hobby is creating music. I've been playing the piano since I'm 7 years old. At an age of around 15 years I also started to compose and record my own tracks. With around 24 years I played the first time as a DJ in a club. I was also already working on music related projects at the University Of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf. I composed and produced the sounds and music for the video game Origami, created together with other students a radio play with the title "Fortschritt" and developed an hardware controller for the music production software Ableton Live. To play, jamm around and produce music makes me a lot of joy and relaxes me. Check out some of my tracks underneath or visit my Soundcloud channel.
Drawing
One of my biggest leisure activities is drawing, primary with black pens on paper. Drawing relaxes my mind and lets me order thoughts and feelings. It feels like I'm being sucked into another world, a world of endless possibilities and creativity. It fascinates me that there are no boundaries. I can bring anything I want to paper. Sports
I love to do all kinds of sports. Tensing my muscles and moving my body boosts me with new energy and refreshes my mind, especially after a long day sitting at the desk. I love to work out, play volleyball, dance, sail, dive and ride the bicycle.
